/Press Release/ The ultramodern Tipsport Arena in Liberec is going to be the venue of International Czech aerobic championship which will be held from 10 till 12 of October, 2008. Almost 663 competitors from 10 countries has been entered for this competition who will perform in 330 routines, which proofs the top competition in the Czech Republic for the year 2008. We can look forward to seeing competitors from Bulgaria, Finland, Italy, Hungary, Moldavia, Austria, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

After already "traditional" KAMIKAZE Czech Aerobic Open which took place in spring this year in Zlin with competitors from 11 countries have Czech competitors the second opportunity "to fight with" international sportsmen, some of them are the world top level.

In 12-14 category belong to the biggest favorites the world vicechampions Rosza Sipeki from Hungary (IW) and Michaela Castoldi from Italy (MP) and also Iva Ilcheva from Bulgaria. The No. 1 position among the Czech girls keeps Marketa Vitkova from Zlin.

Monika Gerzova from Zlin in 15-17 category is expected to be one of the biggest favorites, she achieved 9th place on European Championships 2007 and 5th place on the World series competition in Bulgaria 2008. This category includes the other big favorites, e.g. Vesislava Ivanova from Bulgaria – the finalist from this year¶ World championships and M. Chiara Albergati from Italy. Hungary is going to present Rebeca Holp, Fruszinu Fige and Gyekiczi Gyönki who surely want to surprise with outstanding achievement. Surely the biggest response of the audience will belong to Kristyna Bernatova from Liberec.

In senior category we have to miss Katerina Protivinska from Znojmo who is unfortunately unable to participate due to the health condition. But we are convinced that Andrea Cvachova from Liberec can excellently supply Katerina¶ absence. In senior category performs Guilia Bianchi from Italy who is the biggest woman star of our competition, for instance she won European Championships 2007 in IW 15-17 and succeeded in this year¶ World championships with 6th place. The most successful man in senior category is well-known Roik Zolt from Hungary who achieved illustrious 5th place in this year¶ World championships.
