Sportovní aerobik

Dear Prticipants, since there is less than one week till the opening of 6th Aerobic Gymnastics European Championships which starts from 17th of November 2009 in Tipsport Arena Liberec, Czech Republic, we would like to give you some important informations:

1. Our Hostess will wait for each National Delegation in Prague's Airport Ruzyně following your travel details schedule. Then you will be transported to our meeting point in Restaurant Budweiser Budvar (Hotel MARIOT). From here our shuttle buses transport you to Liberec. If you have some problems during your arrival to Praque please contact directly our Airport Coordinator Mrs. Lucie Chmelíková +420 603 774 777. If you have some problems with Shuttle buses please contact our Shuttle buses Coordinator Mr. Zdeněk Doutnáč +420 734 439 309.

2. After your arrival to Liberec please go first to the Accreditation Desk. Then you will be transported to your Hotels. If you have accommodation in Hotel Babylon we kindly ask you, because of fluent process of your check-in, to fulfil  document " Registration Card" you could find it in Download Section on this websites. After your arrival each accommodated person has to pass on this document to the receptionist at Hotel Babylon.

3. In Download section you can find the maps of the 1st floor and 3rd floor of Tipsport Arena Liberec and the maps of official Hotels for your better orientation in Liberec and in the Arena. More information we give you during the Orientation Meeting which will be held on Wednesday 18th of November from 10:00AM in Restaurant Colosseum which is situated on the 3rd floor in Tisport Arena.

3. We kindly ask you to deliver the another document "Competition questionary" (see Download Section) to your competitors for filling in advance, Competition questionary must be presented during the Accreditation. These informations will be very helpful for better running of competitions and especially for live broadcasting of the Finals via our National Czech TV.

4. In Download S. is also the Work Plan which you already have received by e-mail from UEG Office. Please, read it carefully. In order to be more sufficient, please, prepare all necessary documents as mentioned there for the accreditation. Also we kindly ask you to bring passports or identity cards of all members of Delegation.

5. The season in Czech Republic during the competitions is autumn. Because Liberec is a mountainous region the average temperatures are lower – between 1C° and 5C° and the weather forecast predicts showers.

6. The currency in Czech Republic is "CZK" – Czech crown and 1 Euro is around 25.70 CZK and 1 USD is around 17.10 CZK. We recommend Euros. In Hotel "Babylon" is exchange office.
